Avg. Rate 

Dollar-weighted interest rate. 

Loss 

Annualized loss rate. This value can exceed 100% because it is annualized. 

Count 

The number of issued loans matching your specified filter/strategy criteria. 

Prepaid 

Percent of loans that have completed (status of fully paid or completed) that have prepaid. A loan does not need to exceed the term of the loan for prepayment consideration. Defaulted loans are never considered prepaid. 

Avg. Age 

Average age is the mean number of months elapsed from loan issue date. 

Completed 

Percent of loans that have reached their full term. For example, a 36 month loan will be considered completed after 36 months, regardless of default or prepayment. 

Whole Loan Average Daily Volume 

Whole loans are typically available to institutional investors who want to purchase the entire loan. This is the average number of loans released each day matching your filter/strategy criteria over the last 8 weeks. 

Fractional Average Daily Volume 

Fractional loans are typically available to individual investors who want to spread their investment over many individual loans. This is the average number of loans released each day matching your filter/strategy criteria over the last 8 weeks.
