Historical Data Views allow you to analyze performance data as of a specific start and end date. You can also see the performance of a set of loans as of a specified payment period (1-60).

This new feature makes it possible to track cohorts of loans over their duration and make better-informed decisions on performance over similar periods.

In order to access this feature, please check to make sure your account meets all of the requirements listed below.

Requirements

  • Your account must be upgraded with the Advisory Agreement signed and valid billing information on file

  • The aggregate value of accounts connected to the NSR Platform must be at least $20,000

Seasoning (Months)

By selecting an End number of months, performance results will show for all matching loans as of the ending month. For example, if I select Ending 30 months, performance metrics will reflect the results of matching loans as of month 30 - nothing beyond.

By selecting a Start number of months, performance results will show for all matching loans as of the starting payment period. For example, if I select Starting 20 months, performance metrics will reflect the results of matching loans from month 20 and beyond (unless you also specify an End number of months).

Historical Date

By selecting an End date (month), performance results will show for all matching loans as of the ending month. For example, if I select Ending 01/2015, performance metrics will reflect the results of matching loans as of January, 2015 - nothing beyond.

By selecting a Start date (month), performance results will show for all matching loans as of the starting month. For example, if I select Starting 01/2014, performance metrics will reflect the results of matching loans from January 2014 and beyond (unless you also specify an End historical date).

Only Current Loan at Start

By checking this box in addition to either a Start Seasoning (Months) or Start Historical Date, only loans which have a Current status as of that date/payment period will be included in the results.
