Loan Performance or ROI metrics are reflected throughout the NSR Platform. This metric refers to the annualized rate of return on loans within a portfolio. Loans are discounted to reflect initial investment, payments/fees received, and the current status of the loan(s). However, loan performance does not include the effects of idle cash - which may reduce returns. Learn more about how we calculate loan performance.

Account Return is shown on your Dashboard and includes the effects of idle cash and when deposits or withdrawals were made from your account.
