For self-directed accounts, NSR Invest only charges fees based upon idle cash and any investments made by NSR - only once an account reaches an aggregate balance greater than $20,000 (of all connected investor accounts).

Your account value is calculated as the remaining principal of all the loans invested on your behalf by NSR, plus your average daily cash balance in each of your investor accounts. The complete formula is listed below:

 

For example, if you have a Lending Club account with $100,000 in cash and $50,000 in funded/issued notes, you would be charged fees based upon ONLY the $100,000 which was un-invested when you began using NSR Invest.
